For NetSuite consultants and agencies

Help NetSuite clients keep the system knowledge they usually lose after go-live.

CSDocs turns scripts, workflows, saved searches, custom fields, roles, integrations, and admin handoff notes into a private client wiki that writes itself.

Why consultants care

  • Cleaner handoffs.
  • Less post-go-live support chaos.
  • A repeatable add-on for implementation, SuiteScript, admin support, and rescue work.
  • Better continuity when admins, developers, or consultants change.

How referrals work

  1. You refer a NetSuite client.
  2. The client buys CSDocs directly.
  3. CSDocs handles billing, product access, and the customer account.
  4. You earn 30% forever: every collected subscription payment from that customer for as long as the subscription remains active.

Founding partner economics

Founding partners keep earning on every active referral. That is roughly $2.7k per active referred client per year — every year the subscription stays active. This is a simple referral/founding partner program, not a heavy reseller program.

Final referral terms can be updated before launch.

FAQ

Is this a reseller program?

No. Customers buy CSDocs directly; this is a simple referral/founding partner program.

Who owns the customer relationship?

The client keeps their normal consulting relationship with you. CSDocs owns the product account, subscription billing, and CSDocs product support.

What happens if the customer cancels?

The customer can cancel normally. Commissions stop if the customer cancels.

When are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid only on collected subscription payments. Refunds and chargebacks do not generate commission.

Do clients sign a 12-month contract?

Customers can cancel anytime. Partner commissions apply for the life of the referred customer’s active CSDocs subscription.

Can consultants use CSDocs during implementation/handoff projects?

Yes. That is one of the best fits.

Is there a minimum referral count?

No. A single strong client referral is enough to start.
