How referrals work

  1. You refer a NetSuite client.
  2. The client buys CSDocs directly.
  3. CSDocs handles billing, product access, and the customer account.
  4. Partners earn 30% commission on collected subscription payments for referred customers, for up to the customer’s first 12 paid months while the customer remains active.

At the current CSDocs subscription price, that is up to roughly $2.7k per active referred client in the first year. This is a simple referral/founding partner program, not a heavy reseller program.

Is this a reseller program?

No. Customers buy CSDocs directly; this is a simple referral/founding partner program.

Who owns the customer relationship?

The client keeps their normal consulting relationship with you. CSDocs owns the product account, subscription billing, and CSDocs product support.

What happens if the customer cancels?

The customer can cancel normally. Commissions stop if the customer cancels.

When are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid only on collected subscription payments. Refunds and chargebacks do not generate commission.

Do clients sign a 12-month contract?

Customers can cancel anytime. Partner commissions apply for up to the customer’s first 12 paid months, as long as the account stays active.

Can consultants use CSDocs during implementation/handoff projects?

Yes. That is one of the best fits.

Is there a minimum referral count?

No. A single strong client referral is enough to start.
