  • A private documentation site

Searchable pages for your documented NetSuite customizations.

  • Guided setup

Review the scope and requested access before connecting.

  • A review with Benjamin

Walk through the result and identify what still needs clarification.

One question. A real demo example.

“What is this backorder search actually for?”

Follow the same item from a search result to its documentation. These are actual screenshots of the demo, using illustrative—not customer—data.

Start with the word you know.

Searching “backorder” brings up a project and related saved searches.

What to noticeThe result identifies the object type. Open “Backorder Review Queue Review Search 141” to inspect that specific search.

Get beyond the object’s name.

The page explains that this search lists Purchase Requisition records needing attention for the backorder review queue.

The useful answerYou now know the record type and the reason for the search. Review its criteria and results before deciding what to change.

Choose what to investigate next.

The map provides another way to explore the documented workspace. Its key distinguishes scripts, workflows, searches, records, and fields.

Make the trial useful

Your first-week evaluation checklist.

A suggested agenda, not a guaranteed delivery date. Setup timing depends on account access and scope; confirm both with Benjamin before checkout if timing matters.

  1. 1

    Pick one real question

Choose a script, workflow, or search your team needs to understand. Bring an administrator who can approve setup.

  2. 2

    Agree the scope and connect

Review required permissions, data handling, and setup steps before authorizing access. Then generate your documentation.

  3. 3

    Review the result together

Find your chosen item, check its explanation and related pages, and record anything missing or unclear.

What should you have at the end?

A page a teammate can use to explain your chosen customization, a list of related items to review, and a clear record of unanswered questions. Use those—not the size of the graph—to judge the trial.

Know the commitment

See the value.
Then decide.

  • Private CSDocs documentation site
  • Guided onboarding and a review with Benjamin
  • Searchable customization pages and documented relationships

Best for customized accounts. If your account is mostly standard—or your documentation is already current and easy to hand off—CSDocs may be a lower priority.

Before you connect

A few practical details.

Need approval from IT or procurement? Start with the security overview, privacy notice, and terms.

What access and preparation do I need?

Bring an administrator who can approve the NetSuite setup, one customization to evaluate, and the question you want answered. The requested permissions and data scope are explained before you authorize the connection. Do not email passwords or credentials.

What if we are not ready to connect yet?

Explore the demo or email Benjamin before checkout. The trial clock starts at completed Stripe checkout, so resolve access approvals and scheduling first.

How is our account information handled?

Your documentation is provided as a private workspace. Review the security overview for current commitments and technical details still awaiting verification. Confirm your organization’s access, processing, and offboarding requirements before connecting.

What happens when I cancel?

Email ben@thecloudsteward.com before renewal. Unless an earlier end date is confirmed, access continues to the end of your current trial or paid month. Export availability, deletion timing, and backup treatment are confirmed before onboarding or in a signed order. See the cancellation terms.
